A fast and prayer for peace in Ukraine will be held in April

The All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations urged priests and religious figures to take part in fasting and praying for Ukraine on April 2-3, Christian Telegraph reports according to the Christian Megaportal invictory.com.
For this purpose, on April 2, a prayer for peace in the country and a release of prisoners will be held on the Sofievskaya square in Kiev and in the regional centers. The organizers called upon the Ukrainian diaspora around the world to take part in the fasting and praying for Ukraine.
Also to participate in the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations called on believers on April 3 by holding a personal fast for Ukraine.
"We believe that the Lord will hear our requests and prayers," the council said in a statement. The appeal was signed by the leaders of the main Christian churches of various denominations.
