Who are the top 5 Christian celebrities in the U.S.?  This question might be a little weird for some Christian, since we are all children of God equally.

However, it is important to recognize that Christian celebrities have much more influence to the world with their good deeds and testimonies. They can also bring more non-believers to the Lord.

When Jeremy Lin unexpectedly led a winning streak in 2012, the whole world was shocked. A new word "Linsanity" suddenly popped up and became a hot trend. He humbly credited his success to the Lord. "I've surrendered that to God. I'm not in a battle with what everybody else thinks anymore," said Lin.

He is well-known for his public expression of his faith in God. In fact, Lin had been a leader in Harvard's Asian American Christian Fellowship during his time there. He has given a series of his testimonies and sermons in Taiwan and the U.S.

He hopes to become a pastor who can lead non-profit organizations. Lin has also spoken of working in inner-city communities to help with underprivileged children.

"One of the best things about being a Christian is that you show love and you are a light to the people around you."  Lin shared proudly in a testimony at church.

Kirk Cameron is best known for his role as Mike Seaver on "Growing Pains."  He was an atheist in his early teens, but became a born-again Christian at the age of 17.  After converting to Christianity, he began to insist that storylines should be edited to remove anything inappropriate in "Growing Pains."

Cameron and his wife, fellow "Growing Pains" star Chelsea Noble, have been married for 23 years. He has always spoken staunchly about his belief in traditional marriage. Now the couple has six children, four are adopted and two are biological.

Cameron has starred in Christian movies including "Firefighter," "Left Behind," "Unstoppable," to spread gospel.

The football star Tim Tebow, born in a Christian family, is known for his outspoken faith. People would never forget when he was kneeling in prayer on the playground, which has since been referred to as "Tebowing."

Tebow had preached the Christian Gospel in the Philippines to schoolchildren and entire villages and assisted in medical care. He also supports over 40 national evangelists working in that nation. In the U.S., he has shared his Christian faith in prisons and schools, to church and youth groups, and at meetings and conferences.

Even though he experienced ups and downs in his career, Tebow never loses faith in God. "Regardless of what happens, I still honor my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, because at the end of the day, that's what's important, win or lose. ... We need to get back to one nation under God, and be role models for kids," Tebow said in a statement.

Maybe you're still compromising.' I've had an opportunity to play great men and, through their words, to preach.
