Bigfoot Sightings 2015: Is there really a Sasquatch in Turner, Maine? [VIDEO]
An alleged Bigfoot sighing in Turner, Maine, has the people buzzing about the possibility of a real-life Sasquatch another time again! A video had been posted on YouTube and probably has gone viral, as thousands of netizens have felt the need to watch and examine what some people say could be a sign that these creatures really does exist. Here are more updates on Bigfoot Sightings 2015.
Many have been very quick to point out that the certain footage shot in Turner appeard to be that of a human, and not a Sasquatch. For beginners, the video seems like a setup from the start. As the camera is being put into place, the "Bigfoot" just happens to walk by at that particular moment.
The Turner Bigfoot hints included some of large footprints in the area as well as some creepy strange sounds. As previously reported, this sort of created the "perfect storm" for a viral video, but many have also decided that this was just a hoax. Despite the area being known as a "hotspot" for strange sightings of some unknown beasts, it doesn't seem like this video holds the key to uncovering the mystery.
Reportedly, researcher Bill Brock had spent a few days in the area in studying the footprints, and looking through the woods. While he says the case is way too convenient to be true, he still cannot prove that the thing moving in the video is a human.
"So now I'm faced with the dilemma of this young man saying that he faked the footage but yet I can't prove that footage has been faked. There's nothing I can find in the footage, I own that shows it's a human," Brock said.
So, do you think Bigfoot is real? Is there really a Sasquatch in Turner, Maine?
Bigfoot which is also known as Sasquatch, is the name given to a cryptid ape- or hominid-like creature that reputedly inhabits on forests, mainly in the Pacific Northwest region of the North America. Bigfoot is usually described as a large, hairy, bipedal humanoid. And the term sasquatch is an anglicized derivative of the Halkomelem word sásq'ets.
Most of the scientists have discounted the existence of the Bigfoot and have considered it to be a combination of folklore and hoax, rather than a living animal, because of the lack of physical evidences and the enormous numbers of creatures that would have been necessary to maintain breeding population. Scientists Grover Krantz and Jeffrey Meldrum have also focused on research of the creature for the greater parts of their careers.
