Call of Duty’s “Infinite Warfare” to be played by Jon Snow
Entertainment Weekly revealed a video of a Beardless actor being brought into an enclosed facility of cameras, last Wednesday. Such devices are used to scan and replicate identical facial features of an actor for motion capture projects.
It was then reported that Kit Harington (played the character Jon Snow in Game of Thrones), was the beardless actor who will be digitized to play the character "Infinite Warfare" in the soon to be released new installment of the video game, Call of Duty. Harington shocked his fans when he suddenly ditched his signature ruggedly - handsome beard. An instagram post of Harington in the motion capture studio at work with devices attached to his body, performing his character for Call of Duty.

It seems that Kit Harington is changing sides on his next project, taking on the face of the Settlement Defense Front, an organization determined to destroy Earth. Players will face Infinite Warfare (Harington) as Captain Reyes, leader of the one of the Earth's last warships.
According to Digital Spy, Infinity Ward's narrative director Taylor Kurosaki stated last Friday: "Kit is an amazing talent, and the consummate pro." He also stated: ""Our story is about an epic showdown of opposing forces, and Kit immersed himself into the role and truly became the embodiment of the enemy, the Settlement Defense Front. We can't wait for fans to see Kit play an entirely different kind of character". Stohl added, "It meant a lot to us to develop the role into everything it could be. We're excited about the performance Kit delivered and can't wait to get it out to the public. We're committed to delivering a compelling story with rich character depth, and this was a special opportunity to add to our fantastic cast."
Guy Ritchie worked with Acitivision and Infinity Ward, the game's developers, in creating Harington's character.
Infinite Warfare hits Microsoft Windows PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 4th.
