Rumors and speculations about the upcoming GoPro Hero5 said that the camera will be design to fit into the Karma drone.

Here's the latest on GoPro Hero 5 Release Date, Rumors, News and Updates.

In recent reports have said that the GoPro Hero 5 release date was postponed from October 2015 to an unspecified date, but will be sometime in the early months of this year.

According to a report done by Tech News Today, the widely known camera maker is adding some features and additional tweaks to GoPro Hero 5. This is surely a move to compete with the emerging new hi-tech cameras from different competitors today.

If the Hero 5 is designed to fit into the Karma drone, then it makes sense that GoPro is reportedly trying to design Hero 5 to be smaller and lighter compared to its predecessors. This would be the most versatile camera to be built, since Hero 5 is said to have the waterproof housing feature that allows the user to submerge the camera up to 100 meters below water surface level.

The GoPro Hero 5 can be used in land, air and water. This is going to be the first Navy-Seal-like camera, which is making consumers excited for its release. The camera's rumored price runs between $450 and $550. This could be a reasonable price if all the reported improvements are true.

In our previous report, fans can remember that the action camera maker pushed back the release date of the GoPro Hero 5 because of new modifications. In our earlier report, the creators announced that they want to make the latest camera stand out from its competitors in terms of technology, innovation, and design.

October 2015 was the first rumored release date for the GoPro Hero 5, but the company obviously is planning to release it on a later date. The firm had to deal with technical glitches in the device and add more features that will help it compete better with its rivals.

In a report done by Tech News Today, GoPro is planning to make its future devices smaller and more lightweight. The firm is targeting a size that is almost half of the Hero 4.

Rumor has it that the makers of GoPro Hero 5 are adding drone compatibility to the device, thus the postponed release date. If the rumors prove to be true, the upcoming camera can be used on air, land, and even underwater up to 60 meters.
