Harvest Ministries Wins Award in Accolade Global Film Competition
Greg Laurie's Harvest Ministries, has won a prestigious Christian Award of Merit from The Accolade Global Film Competition, reports Dan Wooding, Founder of ASSIST Ministries.
According to a news release from Harvest Ministries, the award was given for the ministry's exciting ten-minute film, Caught Inside (vimeo.com/99781216), which seeks to dramatize 1 Samuel 8:22, which says, "and the Lord replied, 'Do as they say, and give them a king.' Then Samuel agreed and sent the people home", showing that treasures do not surrender pleasure for a wealthy man.
The short film, shot in 36 hours, features an exceptional lead acting performance, distinctive locations and was nominated for nine awards at a single film festival (The 168 Film Project).
