Recently, Konami conducted a live stream on Twitch about the details of the upcoming expansion coming to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, mainly the Metal Gear Online; the only multiplayer mode of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
According to the announcement the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V DLC will be released sometime next month and will include a unique playable character.
The new playable character was described as, "Quiet, a powerful assassin, and a mercenary." Quiet is a woman and will come with her trademarked outfit. The upcoming character will also have a butterfly sniper rifle and has the ability to cloak herself when in combat.
Aside from this, there will also be three-new maps; the Azure Mountain, Rust Palace, and Coral Compound.
Konami will also release 4 Appeal Actions which are the; the basic appeal pack, the dance appeal pack, the battle appeal pack, and the hero appeal pack.
There' still no release date for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain DLC but it is believed that it'll be next month. Aside from this; several updates and fixes will also arrive to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain next month. Such as; balance changes, some adjustments to weapons, and new background music for Boktai and Zone of the Enders.
